minato giant bijubomb is countered by shunshin yata mirror and the unbreakable mirror breaks minato loses a top weapon in his arsenal


im wondering how would the rest of the battle go

its guna take more than a amaterasu or rasengan to stop a kage level edo

minato is adept in sealing jutsu, itachi is also with his totsaka blade

genjutsu might play a major factor with tsykoyomi izanami

and a yakata no magma could easily be sent twirling back


who do you think would win don't respong without a reason please

I honestly believe both of them are on equal footing. For every attack Itachi has, Minato has an equally powerful counter. For instance if Minato can teleport a TTB bomb of the Juubi's calibur away then the same can be done with Amateratsu.

Itach is a master of genjutsu so Tsukuyomi could be Minato's downfall if he is caught in it, but as you said above, they have intel on each other which means Minato will be expecting this and thus it would be rather difficult for Itachi to catch him in it.

Susanoo and Itachi's Yata Mirror and Blade won't count for much if Minato tags him and seals his chakra....

This would be an epic fight, but seriously, one mistake from either of them would be eithers doom.
