A clone will still disperse even when it still has chakra. If that was a Tsunade clone, it would have dispersed even with Yin chakra left. (Go back and look at the many clones Naruto has made that have been killed/dispersed in battle - it wasn't because they ran out of chakra).

we never know, besides he has to illustrate slug mode for us to see an imperfect one, right now kishi has shown us that Team sannins and Team 7 are parallel, when ever master uses imperfect SM student uses Perfect SM,

Prime Rib stopped this thread. Even if Tsunade has Mokuton, it will be pale in comparison to Hashirama's. Madara ocular prowess (EMS/Rinnegan) can see through the Wood Clones. I don't hate Tsunade, but her body was split in half and blood were splattered everywhere, something that a clone lacks.

I'm sorry, but that's Tsunade's real body and she is bisected. I'm 99,99% sure.
However I think she won't die. Her death would be unnecesary + she would be useful in healing the shinobies, so Naruto can concentrate on fighting.
