Tobi- both goofy and before this last fight, was my favourite character. I loved kid Obito as well, and I like this current version of Obito. that said I don't consider them as the same character and I still feel that there could have been a better choice for Tobi.

Fanboy no Jutsu!!!

Obito's story is so sad. I felt so sympathetic towards him and have loved him ever since he made me laugh with his frilled-neck Jutsu. His childish attitude may have been foreshadowing the fact that he was Kakashi's boyhood friend and even despite this in Kakashi's company he always kept his cool and his emotions never wavered. Then after his hilarity he became the bad-ass Akatsuki leader and then the epic Fourth Great Ninja War starter. Since his amazing new attire he kept growing on me with his Sixs Paths of Pain and pretty much every word he says rings out with epicness. All I can say now is that I hope after the conclusion of the war he and Kakashi can become friends again.

This is too true. Also Itachi and Sasuke aren't that great. You can't prove they could solo him. His frilled neck jutsu could solo each of them
