[Theory] Why Minato Arrived First

Honestly, it's really quite obvious. You have to take into consideration the sheer fact that he's the fastest character in the series, well, 2nd fastest. And even though you could say that both him and Tobirama can use the Flying Thunder God, and ask why he isn't there? Well, there's an explicit reason for that:

As you can clearly see, Minato is holding his kunai that's indicative of his using Flying Thunder God Level 2, so that's like his top-speed mode. That's why he's there first, and if anything, I would imagine that all of the other kages, and the Orochimuddafackers, are using some variation of the Flying Thunder God with Tobirama! From here on out it's purely abstract speculation: Maybe transporting 7 people with the Flying Thunder God takes a good amount of time, I mean, a jutsu like that would probably even take a toll on the 2nd.

naruto yellow flashed raikage's fastest punch, which means he's on equal terms as minato as mentioned "just like the yellow flash"

I gave facts which was proven from the anime/manga. Right now you're giving out your opinion not a fact, so there's nothing to argue about opinion which is already proven in the anime/manga.

Unless he has pure running speed like Lee or Raikage (which the manga hasn't shown any feats of this besides Minato catching baby Naruto), it still wouldn't explain how he would FTG to the battlefield. Did he leave a mark on Naruto? Did he keep throwing his kunai far and teleporting to it like in Road to Ninja? The latter seems cumbersome.
