I personally believe that in a situation like this Kakashi would take Obito out.

Obito was known purely for his "Kumai" which is effectively useless now. When it comes to the fundamentals such as Taijutsu, Genjutsu and Ninjutsu i would say kakashi is far superior.

Obito has Genjutsu over Kakashi, he managed to put Yagura in it for a long time... it is shown working on Kakashi too but i dont know why he doesn't use it in battle. he does have rinnegan too but we have yet to see anything interesting from it, besides the 6path.

That is in no way shape or form "far" superior, youre overrating kakashi's intelligence...

He just got the timing perfectly, he's never been able to pull off something like that since.

OT: Obito has sharingan, rinnegan, mokuton & S-rank katon jutsu, kakashi has sharingan, raiton & a multitude of C-A rank jutsus

Their intelligence is hardly far off, ill agree that kakashi is slightly smarter but not far superior. Obito makes that up from just sheer power.

Don't compare kakashi with that bucnh of fodders, kakashi would dodge that mokuton easely, don't forget that kakashi is quicker than obito (not faster, but yes he has higher reaction speed)

In Ninjutsu they are even
In taijutsu kakashi wins
In genjutsu obito wins, but i don't think heid use it

Obito hasn't shown rinnengan abilities, plus if he does with just one eye they wouldn't be so effective, as kakashi stated before, and he already has knowledge on rinnengan's abilities
