[Question] Fastest man in One Piece?

When it comes to being the fastest in the One Piece-verse I think it boils down to only 3 contenders
Enel:Because he is lightning and lightning is really quick
Bartholomew Kuma:Because he can teleport
Kizaru:Because he is light
Who do you think it is??

Kizaru (needs to charge up to be fastest) so it should be Kuma. So Kuma short distance and Kizaru long distance I think

He also moving at the speed of light by repelling the atmosphere not teleporting he just bells fast and ill go with kuma also

but Kuma doesn't actually teleport

Law can teleport though , but he isnt the faster ; it is a technique.

I think it is a three way tie on just speed. But if battle speed was the question then I would have to say Kizaru.

Teleportation>speed, and since Kuma uses something similar to teleportation I say him, he repels himself or something., next is Kizaru.

I would say Kuma but nobody really has their attacks based upon being fast. Of course kizaru deals with light but it's more about shooting lasers than moving fast

Good that you noted Traffy Law, inside his room he can teleport too, but over long distances he can't, so over short distances he's equal to the other 3..
