Kakashi did survive Tsukoyomi, and possibly he will this time as well, but he'll be almost done after that, and won't be able to use Kamui.

Kakashi can't wrap the blade, since it has become a part of Itachi's Susano'o, and it hasn't been said that Kamui would effect Susano'o.
