depending on what youre asking, if by epic you mean spectacular then Minatos make take the cake, but if you mean by epic whos appearance might be more shocking then Id have to say sasukes if not Oro since them being there would be the most suprising.

However I think they will all appear in clusters, Minato is the fastest so he got there seemingly fast, then the rest of the hokages will appear, and finally Oro and his gang will appear.
