meanwhile the Kunai was still in the air, Minato used Space-Time Barrier to Teleport the TBB somewere else
THEN Minato teleported back to his Kunai just when it landed on the ground (dat speed)

Not all events in the manga are literally happening at the same time. Example while Sasuke was talking with the Kages, during that time period Naruto somewhere along the line ran out of kurama's chakra, but we never actually saw that happen. The story just picked back up with him no longer in BM. So there are parts of the manga we see and parts we don't. Those parts we don't see are what happens simultaneously. So in this case while the fight was going on, the kages were making their way to the battlefield

And we don't know if Tobirama has FTG seals. We only know he can do a forward slash
