Yes it matters.If it was regular kisame, he would have dodged it. That room wasn't that big and kisame was slow in that form so it wasn't really a feat to speed blitz an opponent who lack movement in such a close distance.
And even hebi sasuke have speed blitz an opponent, who didn't lack mobility and in a large area, but it doesn't mean base sasuke is faster than KM naruto , so this argument isn't reliable.

Deidara know naruto is a perfect jin as soon as he see/sense bm/km chakra , so he would keep his distance.

Maybe naruto would try to take him out on ground but he would fail since it takes only 2 second to summon C2 and then he can just fly off to distance.

1. That was TBB of juubi i suppose. It travelled a long distance in short time.
Naruto's TBB will lose its speed as it goes upwards and deidara is still very fast in air as i have shown you scan of it.
It is literally impossible for naruto to aim a TBB on a fast flying opponent.

2. It takes a lot of time to make such a big TBB. Deidara can send few of his bombs flying towards naruto's TBB and make it explode there, TBB will also explode right there on naruto as TBB explodes on impacts.
Deidara wins low to no difficulty in this .

3. Has naruto ever done that? BM naruto hasn't shown to do this, we cannot straight away assume , he can .

Also deidara can fly at high altitude where this version of TBB won't be effective.

Naruto cannot create this much KM clones. Even if he can, they can't reach a flying deidara.

1. Deidara traveled from akatsuki hideout to that turtle island. He literally crossed an ocean/sea in very few time.
I have posted manga page in my previous posts which shows deidara's high speed movements in air.
Naruto has to aim TBB near deidara in that vast sky. I would be surprised if naruto could even aim it properly, let alone hitting.

Deidara created this move to defeat itachi and to defeat itachi he has to bypass susano. This is how he can bypass susnao Lol. Deidara spent all his time in akatsuki to get info about itachi and finally defeat him and he finally got it.
Susano is basically chakra itself, so if nano bombs can pass through susano with ease, they can pass through BM Naruto.

Here, obito explains anyone who breathes in gas detonates the nano bombs in their body. Naruto can definitely breathe air in BM cloak otherwise he would have died out of Oxygen.
The nano bombs are so small that they make those cells in the body look big.
Naruto cannot avoid them via BM cloak, hence proved.

That manga scan only proves that Sasuke is much faster than that guy.

That that wasnt a destructive explosion that the c4 intially set off. It was a pressure explosion that helped the nano's travel in the air.

Are you really trying to suggest that deidara's clay is immune to explosions?

FRS only cut a particular part(only the part you can see the wind shuriken ), there are millions of nano bombs which would scatter due to explosion.

You forget that the FRS expands its range. It would cover deidara's entire C4 giant. And if it wasnt big enough, naruto could just make two and throw them together.

You are implying that deidara knew that Itachi had a susanoo. The only thing deidara knew is that he had powerful genjutsu. Itachi hadnt used his susanoo in the manga until he fought sasuke.

Anyways Deidara's fighting style is my favorite in Naruto but against Tailed Best Mode Naruto he doesn't stand a chance. Against Sage Mode Naruto (before this whole thing went extremely over the top)... that would have been a very interesting battle.
