Hm, but what you're saying does make sense. I do recall EMS Sasuke saying that Itachi was perfect. In Sasuke's mind, he probably believed Itachi was flawless and could not be beat, further demonstrating that Itachi > Sasuke.

And while I can kinda agree that Itachi's overall power level may exceed Sasuke's, Sasuke himself is a challenging opponent for Itachi.

just because a A defeats B and B defeats C , it doesn't mean A defeats C.
A good example for it would be shikamaru,temari and tayuya.

Shikamaru defeats temari in chunnin exam , but lost to tayuya . Temari roflstomp tayuya.

2. Sasuke said "you are underestimating orochimaru" . It doesn't say anything like oro is better than him or anything like that.

3. If EMS sasuke was weaker then orochimaru why would he revive him in the first place, so that he could get owned by him? :sy:
