I'd think Edo Hashirama is still the strongest.

Whilst Minato learned some of the Uzumaki techniques from Kushina, I'm willing to bet that Hashirama had access to some of the most powerful ones via Mito and the Uzumaki clan leader directly. He also had much longer to learn, and potentially more chakra reserves to actually use them.
