question about itachi

Itachi is one of the most amazing ninjas off all time we can agree on that. Do you think that itachi knew tobi was obito or do you think obito was able to trick itachi into thinking he was masses. I just don't see itachi being tricked. Give me your ideas

I feel itachi was fooled because the fact is everyone overrates madara they would certainly believe if anyone could live this long it would be madara.I do believe there might have been some times he doubted it was madara and just went along with it cuz he had his own agenda anyway so he didnt press the issue

but no he didn't know and its perfectly fine obito knew things, and could do things that only madara could possibly have known so he was alright to judge obito as madara.

And yes he was tricked, he probably didn't even know who Obito was.

Itachi doesn't know everything, he actually thought Tobi who was Obito who he though was Madara, aha

Itachi's a boss but he was tricked. He thought his mentor was Madara Uchiha just as the original Madara wanted. Obito went by the name of Madara instead of his own and was seemingly unbeatable, just like Madara (with the exception of the 1st hokage)
