Nonsense. Tbb is a long range attack. Long range as in it moves toward its target.
Before you say Deidara can dodge it again, take these 3 points into consideration
1. Speed of tbb. Tbb has been shown to travel the entire length of Konoha within seconds.
2.The size of tbb. Naruto has shown the capability to make tbb's that dwarf kurama in size as seen here

Lastly Deidara hasnt been shown to have an eyesight that exceeds that of a normal shinobi. Meaning the range at which is he can attack from is limited to his eyesight. If he can target Naruto, Naruto can also target him.
Kakashi only had a hard time targetting him with kamui because he was an amateur at that time and had a hard time with moving targets. Nothing to do with distance.
Oh and BM Naruto's clone should protect him from c4. No sage mode required. Unless you can provide a manga scan that says Naruto has microscopic holes in his cloak.

Naruto's TBB will lose its speed as it goes upwards and deidara is still very fast in air as i have shown you scan of it.
It is literally impossible for naruto to aim a TBB on a fast flying opponent.
2. It takes a lot of time to make such a big TBB. Deidara can send few of his bombs flying towards naruto's TBB and make it explode there, TBB will also explode right there on naruto as TBB explodes on impacts.
Deidara wins low to no difficulty in this .
3. Has naruto ever done that? BM naruto hasn't shown to do this, we cannot straight away assume , he can .

If FRS comes into contact with C4, it will also explode and the FRS billions or trillions of mini wind blades will destroy the nano bombs making them completely useless.
And even if naruto decided not to use his TBB/FRS, im sure he will be protected by his Bijuu cloak, as it seems he is capable of deciding what gets in and what doesnt. C4 explosions would blast through kurama's bijuu cloak. And once deidara has used up his chakra making the failed c4 attack, naruto can simply go in for the final blow.

FRS only cut a particular part(only the part you can see the wind shuriken ), there are millions of nano bombs which would scatter due to explosion.
