I'm not talking about a "black hole". I'm talking about a scientific black hole in space. Can Itachi seal it with the Totsuka Blade?

The universe wouldn't be sealed seriously. That's like saying that because he stabbed a person with the Totsuka Blade the planet would also be sealed because the person is standing on it.

Doubt it. I'm pretty sure Totsuka Blade can't seal anything other than living beings.

Hmmm an enchanted blade capable of sealing anything it pierces vs. Something that prevents anything, including light, from escaping.

I don't think so.What is itachi suppose to be cutting anyway ? A black hole is gravity subjecting all mass into a finite space.
Also the event horizon would never allow itachi to get close enough to seal (Whatever he is attempting to seal)

totsuka blade didn't even seal orochimaru completely, and people think now it can seal planet sized objects that their gravity even doesn't let the light escape.*insert huge facepalm here*

You do understand the redundancy inherent in the sealing of a black hole, don't you?

Totsuka can seal whatever it pierces. It cannot pierce a black hole, so no, it cannot seal it.
