Wich victory from Sasuke is believable?

Sasuke didn't win that fight. Don't make the mistake of thinking that.

Bee escaped and could of easily surprise stomp them all when they turned their backs to leave.

Bee got out of there because he could handle it. When obito retreated from Minato the entire NB calls that a victory for minato Bee retreats sasuke its the plot or some other random reason as to why its not a win. Bee even said he's one of the strongest people that he fought.

Naruto has had more plot saves than any other character in the show

plot save vs pain(multiple)
plot save vs everyone in the war(amazingly when madara was summonded thats when 9 tails wants to be friends)
plot save vs war get tons and tons of charka from bujii that he's stronger than (which was weird)

Apples and oranges buddy. Bee " escaped" because he wanted a break from the village. Obito retreated after he was injured and had the fox taken away from him.

Even part 2 Naruto failed to summon Gamabunta during the Sannin fight. Pretty sure Naruto had equal chakra control to Sasuke here :|

Chakra controll or not, even if you take chakra level out of it, He shouldn't of had the time to do what he did, The bomb was about to go off, He didn't even start to form seals or anything when the blast went off.
Yet sasuke somehow formed seals, Summoned Manda, Put him under Genjutsu and jumped in it's mouth all in the space of mere milliseconds. No matter how you look at it, It was pure plot no jutsu.

It would of been more understandable if sasuke saw the blast coming from along distance, but he was literally standing 20 or so feet away from him.

you know when he absorbed Orochimaru after that he had a snake seal/summoning on sasuke's wrist could be why he didn't need hand seals also sasuke's body flicker is really fast (not as fast as Itachi's or shishui's) but it is really fast that can be a reason why he did all that so fast and ahead of time

Suspense is key. Call it bs or plot no jutsu whatever you want really but if Kishi drew it thats how it goes.
