Go back and watch episode kakashi was being stabed no stop for 72 hours. The same would happen to naruto. Only uchiha with sharingan are somewhat immune to it if they can break out. Naruto would be toutured for 72 hour straight no person can handle that

Saying minato can escape tsukuyomi is the same thing as making up abilities.

Sasuke is the only one who can escape tsukuyomi, & thats because of his sharingan. Until we see otherwise, thats the only jutsu that can break it.

As soon as Itachi notices it; he cuts off Orochimaru's hands in order to prevent Orochimaru from getting out of the Genjutsu but in the end Oro does get out of Tsukuyomi.

might be a dumb question but did itachi cut off his hand in real life or through genjutsu and then it became real? because that must be the first time someone actually attacks while using their genjutsu, for kakashi, itachi just stood there and same for sasuke n naruto

The Tsukuyomi barely lasted a second. Also, the way Itachi used his Tsukuyomi is quiet different from how he uses it now. Large nails fell on Orochimaru's body while nowadays he stabs the target continuously.

As far as your question is concerned, Itachi cut off Orochimaru's hand in real life. There is an episode where Orochimaru is talking about his time in Akatsuki and in a jar is Orochimaru's cut-off hand with one of the fingers wearing the Akatsuki ring.

Only members of the Kurama Clan (Filler clan) are capable of damaging the body through Genjutsu. Their Genjutsu is much stronger than even Tsukuyomi and if you're stabbed in their Genjutsu, blood will come out of your mouth in the real world. If your hand is cut off in the Genjutsu then your hand will fall off the in the real world.

i never said no effect, the effect will be painful no doubt....but doesn't mean just because it is painful...no one can take it and survive it to continue fighting...

You forgot Orochimaru.

Orochimaru was capable of getting out of Tsukuyomi through the Kai method.

Completely wrong. Orochimaru was being restrained by Itachi's 3 tomoe genjutsu. Itachi did not use Tsukuyomi on him.

Edit: If Tsukuyomi hits you, you're dead. The only person that can break it is a proficient sharingan users that shares the same blood as Itachi (a.k.a. Sasuke).

Even Kakashi, who has visual genjutsu resistance, still proved no match against the technique. He was left wondering why Itachi didn't just kill him.
