How do you judge...power?

I just wanna ask to those people who find certain naruto characters being "above" the rest how do u judge the power of a character in your opinion? I kno we have the bandwagoneers and fanboys who defend chars til death or shud I say til after Edo lol.. But me personally, I don't think jutsu governs how strong you are.. If you are very intellegent and have above average tai and ninjutsu+ a unfoilable method then that's power... So basically I say power comes from combinations of jutsus, and control of areas

So your telling me a meteor is going to miss the target?! Go read the manga and look at the size if those 2 meteors Madara summoned with ease. And yes if a 9yr has a gun he's powerful he can kill people with ease as well.

You are missing the point...and yes a gun is powerful but the child isn't, he'd probly miss.. There are so many factors to break this down but unjust want yo hear the opinion on the main topic...btw are the meteors unstoppable? Can I not use the same technique to stop those said meteors?
