Long time no see!!! *Mugen hears the footsteps and realizes what Akira is doing* Hey.... Are you using a weight jutsu on yourself???? Are you crazy?!?! You can literally crush your own bones... stunting your growth and preventing development!!! If you really want to maximize your training you should just wear some weights!!!

after he finishes a couple of laps Akira releases the jutsu and activates his self healing ability red seals glow on his legs and chest completely healing Akira he then practices his techniques from his new style showing tremendous improvement in Accuracy Speed Balance Stamina and Power after a while Akira hits the showers after his shower he goes to the hospital and sleeps in one of the beds in Mugen's room
