Chakra control is an amazing thing. If Sasuke was really out of chakra he would not been able to use chidori nagashi and reactivate his sharigan.

Sasuke only had help from Taka against Bee, Naruto gets help from the Kyuubi in EVERY FIGHT.

Naruto is a series about ninja's, people forget that ninja's don't fight with honor like samurai, they are not one in the same. Teamwork and team attacks are a huge part of a shinobi's strength. I don't think it's fair to say Sasuke's fight's are illegitimate, just because he did everything and used every means he could to win. The same can be said about a lot of characters in the series, so singling out Sasuke is not a fair assessment of his actual skill.
