Madara isn't cool for a main protagonist. Orochimaru was the best

Madara is a simple straight minded villain. It's straight forward and seen in almost every show. He sees himself as superior and he must use his twisted method to fix the world because he is just smarter than everyone else. And in he end, he will either be killed, or he will change his mind based on Naruto's talking to. Orochimaru was pure awesome. He studied shinobi history, geography and human psychology. He didn't try to take over the world but he accepted the fact that true peace is impossible and by staying immortal he could learn more from every generation until he had obtained all the power possible for a human. He didn't force people to accept his ways and he never lost the aura the main protagonist should entail. If you agree or disagree then post and i will counter or endorse your statements until i am defeated. I just can't see a better main protagonist for Naruto.

Madara is nothing but a shadow from the past. Although he is strong, an Edo Frankenstein that is Madara as the final villain is plain silly. Orochimaru is alive, has been around since the beginning of part 1, created the OP edo madara, and would make a fantastic final villain.

Madara is definitely badass but you're right. Orochimaru just has that lust that makes him a better villain. Madara turned away from the leaf because the Uchiha stopped supporting him and because he didnt want to be under Hashirama, Orochimaru was bad from the start. His ideals make more sense making him a better villain, though the current situation doesnt make it seem as if Orochimaru will be able to accomplish much unless the series is prolonged which would just be a waste.

I think it's refreshing. I'm sick of all the vilains with ulterior peaceful motives who are inevitably shown the light via TNJ. Ex. Orochimaru (possibly), Nagato, Obito, Itachi. Madara is just evil at this point i think. I don't see him coming back around.

My bad, Antagonist. And Tobii has gotten a clouded mind as well. Hisreason for starting the war is unacceptable. He already knows there will always be an imperfect world regardless but he wants the 10 tails to be used in wars of the future to do what he has done here. Murder many for absolutely no reason. Just to delay more bloodshed in the future for the human mind will always be incomplete an imperfect.

Obito is a great villain because he is so messed up, there is no way he will turn back, and basically has insane logic.

Orochimaru - I want to learn every jutsu in the world and I dont care how many people I have to kill to do it... Oh btw I was immortal before Edo Tensie and if you have a cool KKG I will just take your body... And I want to destroy konoha for the shiits and giggles.
