We do not know how much her confession changed Naruto`s head and notice that we werent shown Naruto`s feelings for Sakura since then. Some might discuss that Sakura`s fake confession was a proof of his love on his side, so please clear it for me, because all i see is a PISSED Naruto and a FAILING Sakura, dunno....maybe i was reading a diferent manga or something like that. He seems to be deciding his feelings in the moment. Some other people may also say that Sakura means more to Naruto than Hinata, to which i reply, no. He sees both girls as two friends and potential love interests, he also treats them the same way as we can see in chapter 558 and 559, when both are attacked and Naruto`s clones arrive to save both girls just in time, after eliminating the Zetsus he asks both the girls:"Are you ok Sakura-Chan?" and "Are you ok, Hinata?"no special treatment. Chapter 615 might have leaned Naruto's thoughts more to Hinata but this part is just my personal opinion.

You said "Naruto has no romantic feelings for Sakura". Show me some proof on where they went since it shows clearly in the scans he loves Sakura.

This isn't a shonen manga, Kishimoto doesn't waste panel time showing things he has already stated, especially if it's romance. He hasn't shown Naruto's feelings to have changed, so right now. Naruto loves Sakura.

Sakura's love for Sasuke was shown throughout part 1 and confirmed that she still loves him in part 2.
