Awsnwers -

1. The leaf may have had various sensor ninjas, so it's pointless.
2. He's a younger kakashi, so he may have not learnt how to summon his ninja hounds.
3. Could of happened, but I doubt their were any ninja as skilled apart from the 4th, with knowledge of fuiinjutsu which would allow you to extract a Bijuu, then reseal it. Maybe - Minato + Kushina.
