[Question] Which SH needs more character devolopment after the TS

I can't choose between Brook & Franky. Brook because he does the same shtick since Pre-TS and as for Franky. Well the only thing he does is yell "SUUUUUPPPEERRR!!!" and say "Leave it to the Sunny!". So (IMO) you can hardly say either of them even developed.

I agree. Though remember, Brook and Franky are adults, Brook being old. They're not likely to develop a lot since they've already lived long.

- we dont know if he has haki, there are speculations (mantra type)?
- how did he get the scar on his left eye & is he blind with that eye or is it a secret ability?
- why did mihawk decide to train him?
- will he ever be able to beat mihawk?
- is he ever gonna get together with tashigi/why hasn't her told her much yet?
- will zoro learn any(more) elemental techs
- will he get a sword from kinemon/give kinemon his sword from wano

None of them have anything to do with character development nor are they issues involving it. It appears you don't really understand the concept of character development.
As for Haki, he sensed the Caribou (CoO), cut Monet (CoA) and Luffy even said he has Haki. So may I aks what you read?

Zoro is like one of the most developed strawhat, if not the most developed. I can't choose between Franky and Brook too. Guess I'll vote for Luffy's hat. :cool

I see what your saying. But regards to franky:

- isn't the fact that his body is larger and more durable a power development? Remember him, holding his own against buffalo and baby5? I srsly doubt he could've pre-time skip

- his created stuff for the ship like extra boats or bicycles but i guess thats not helping him , its helping the sunny haha.
