The toads shared sage chakra, their technique is a specific ninjutsu and even then they had to sync up with naruto/j-man

He can, naruto could have done that since Kurama has the chakra giving jutsu which is also the reason he can give naruto his chakra. Same with B, Gyuuki can give B chakra thus, he can give others

He can, but I'm not sure if they have mix their Chakra. Kurama and Hachibi that is. It might be one or the other, and the Hachibi is probably trying to build up it's own chakra. He doesn't have as much as Kurama and has been fighting a bit longer with letting Bee do whatever he wants with him.
