Sealing Edos, Can They Come Back?

The seal used by third hokage and minato was a jutsu that once the essence was sealed, it could never be used again like the first and second hokages. These Edo people during the war, they were sealed but can they come back if someone has a bit of their DNA again? Is it only impossible to bring them back even with their DNA if it's through the Death Reaper Seal? Because Totsuka Blade placed orochimaru into an endless genjutsu world through a sealing sword but he was able to come back yet again

What do you think? Permanent sealing only through Death Reaper Sealing?

Unless the soul is in a container that cant be opened again (eg. totsuka) then yes the soul can be used again provided the seal is broken.

Orochimaru had the scroll of rebirth which is the only way to bring back a sealed person.His case is an exception and yes once sealed an edo can't be brought back unless the seal is broken(which is impossible in general circumstances)

orochi was never sealed like that.you have to remove the tag in sealed body's for edo's(like 3rd raikage,4th kazekage etc) to come back

i know but that's a question then, through totsuka blade, you can come back from being sealed by it if used by reanimation no matter what? there's obviously no tag to take off

Orochimaru was not dead.He can't be killed as long as the cursed mark is present.He just prepared so many fail-safe plans to prevent his untimely death and that is the reason he came back alive,not as an edo.I already said ,you can't count oro as an example for your question.He's an exception.
