Was Edo Nagato Able To Move Or Not?

At the beginning of the fight, Edo Nagato couldn't walk or move on his own but once he absorbed killer bee's chakra, he seemed rejuvenated and even got his hair color back, then he attacked naruto, he obviously moved somehow towards naruto and began taking naruto's soul away, at this point was edo nagato able to move, not move at his best or not move at all?

It confuses me and I am not sure, and i know people use this as a factor all the time when debating edo itachi vs. edo nagato, his mobility, let me know!

He was able to move, but his mobility was still limited, he couldn't move as fast prior to being crippled, even though his legs were repaired he probably lost the muscle memory to control them fully (don't know if that's how u say it)

He could barely move even after absorbing their chakra and all of his opponents are uber fast.Especially naruto;and still he almost killed naruto and bee U_U

Nagato used his summons to move around the majority of the fight, if that's what you're asking.

he didn't fly or used summons to get near naruto tho, his lizard was only restraining naruto

It's a weird issue, Kabuto said he lacked mobility. But just before that he clearly showed mobility and speed by hitting Naruto and co with shinra tensei then dropping down from the chameleon and circled round and absorbed Bee's chakra before he even hit the ground. It's probably due to not using his legs for years rather than a physical defect.

After Nagato's rejuvenation, he was able to walk but he couldn't move like a shinobi. He's movements were senile, and the only way kabuto made account for his "lack of mobility,"( meaning not having enough mobility) is by using the six path vision technique with his summonings.
