How did people know so much about Itachi and MS at the Kage Summit?

When Sasuke battled at the Kage Summit, everyone seemed to know about Mangekyo Sharingan and Itachi's skill with it. Considering how rare MS is and how secretive Itachi was, how could they possibly know so much about it? Back in part one Jiraiya was Konoha's number one information gatherer and Kakashi was the most revered of Jonin with a sharingan himself, yet none knew about it. Yet as soon as Sasuke got it, all of a sudden people have knowledge on it. Cee could even recognize Amaterasu and judge that Sasuke's skill with Amaterasu surpassed Itachi's. How? Did Itachi go around spamming his MS? How would Cee of all people know? If Itachi was using his MS while Cee was viewing, how the hell is he alive? Heck Kakashi even recognized Susano'o. I can understand someone like Danzo knowing, but how and where did they get such knowledge?

Akatsuki is a famous group of rogue ninja and S rank criminals that get paid to accomplish S+ rank missions for different countries. I believe it was said that Oonuki used their services frequently. (kinda bit him in the butt)
Anyway if other ninja's saw Itachi using these techniques OP while one a mission for a village it would make sense that they would make record of it.

Izanagi isn't an MS move. All it requires is a normal sharingan and senju dna.

Maybe but I'm sure your eye must atleast have MS unlocked. You know you don't always have to have MS visible to use MS moves right? Susanoo is an MS move and Itachi had it active at one point even though his eyes lost their light

MS was rare, and Cee knew about Itachi's skill specifically. I don't see the sense in the middle one, but the last one is completely possible.

You're saying you don't see the sense in someone knowing another person's skill because someone sold information on that skill. Tobi sold Itachi's skill to the Raikage's and in return the Raikage told Killer Bee about the skill. You're saying you don't understand that??
