Mortal Itachi vs Tsunade & Jiraiya

Well, he should have after seeing it once.

Let's not forget Kakashi knew what Susanoo was even though he never saw it.

He saw the flame. He still doesn't know where it came from or how it works.

To enter SM he summons one boss toad. To take down that boss toad Itachi would have to use either Amaterasu or Susanoo, things he can't spam. Jiraiya has 2 boss toads left to buy more time, and remember Gamaken has a shield.
In this fight he has Tsunade + Katsuyu to help, i seriously doubt they would lose.

@offtopic: Micho22, you should have given location, knowledge, etc. That stuff is always important.

It took Jiraiya a whole chapter just to summon the boss toads. Amaterasu will hit him before any of them are ever summoned. Tsunade can't save him as she can't react to Amaterasu either. So that would just leave Itachi vs Tsunade and its obvious who wins that match up.

Jiraiya is an expert in gathering intel, he saw Amaterasu once Itachi used it to escape it wouldn't be wrong to assume he knew more about it before he died.

You do know those were large scale extensive uses of Amaterasu right? He clearly won't need that much against a human sized target, and he won't need to use it more than once. He also used Tsukuyomi after that and he was at his worst moment then. He clearly wasn't that sick the whole time he appeared in this series.

Doesn't matter if he's good at gathering intel. How is he going to gather intel on a jutsu he has only seen once and will never see again?

I don't think he can put them under genjutsu. Couldn't Jiraiya disrupt their chakra? I'm not sure but Swamp of the Underworld probably handles Susanoo. The toads can cover him, i doubt it would be easy to target Jiraiya with such giant beings on front of him.

And he only made a small hole in the toads stomach. Its not a matter of how wide but how many. Then lets say he can use it 3 times, he would waste it with the boss toads.

Like pateuvasiliu said, Kakashi knew about Susanoo he already experienced Tsukuyomi maybe he had intel on Ama too. They used to talk with each other Kakashi probably told everything to him. I'm just saying it wouldn't be total nonsense to assume he was aware.

Both are one shotted with Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. The fight is over in a few seconds.

If he draws Susanoo he gets outlasted.

You do know he can just put it back down or use the lowest version right? He isn't getting outlasted when he can one shot these two whenever he wants.
