The fight was 3 vs 1 (Obito helped with Kamui. Karin helped Sasuke read his moves cause he couldn't notice them).

KA has always been talked of as the ultimate one shot technique. Besides KA Danzo has Baku, fuuton, izanagi and godly taijutsu/
