  1. Danzō Shimura - Kotoamatsukami; Izanagi; Baku (summoning); official Sixth Hokage Candidate; Sealing Arm Braces; Sword; very manly, in fact some call him the manliest man to have ever existed in any anime universe

    • Itachi Uchiha - Kotoamatsukami; Susano'o; Tsukuyomi; Izanami; Izanagi; Amaterasu; Totsuka no Tsurugi; Yata Mirror; Totsuka blitz; Obito Uchiha was scared shitless of him.
    • Shisui Uchiha - Original owner of the Kotoamatsukami; renowned as "Shunshin no Shisui"; could use Tantō; a very powerful lad indeed, though the fact that he didn't succumb to the Curse of Hatred and the fact that his hairdo was atrocious, makes him that much less powerful in my opinion.
    • Sage of Six Paths - Rinnegan; Rinnegan techniques; the Jinchūriki of the Ten-tails; original owner of the treasured tools; is the creator of said tools; a powerful fellow. But the fact the he could have possibly had no carnal relationships* makes me believe that Shisui Uchiha would defeat him.
      * - he possessed the "Creation of all things jutsu", so it's possible that he's never had a woman.
  3. Hashirama Senju - Beastly chakra reserves; Mokuton techniques; is a SENJU; he mocked Madara Uchiha without even trying so he must be pretty strong.

  4. Obito Uchiha - Kamui; Izanagi; a watered-down Rinnegan; six Edo Jinchūriki; Gedō Mazō (summoning); Fire techniques on par with Uchiha Madara; a powerful pal, though the fact that he is a cry baby and was scared shitless of Itachi forces me to put him at only fourth place.

  5. Madara Uchiha - Perfect Susano'o; [Tengai Shinsei; Uchiha Return; Gunbai; Fire techniques of enormous sizes; is a cry baby - turned even because Izuna was killed; is a cry baby - turned evil because he couldn't appreciate Tobirama's *** appeal; is a cry baby - sat in a cave for years, sucking Hashirama Senju's chakra.

  6. Nagato Uzumaki - Rinnegan; Shinra Tensei; Rinnegan Techniques; displayed the greatest mastery of the legendary doujutsu that is Rinnegan; is a cry baby - turned evil because of Yahiko's death; is fickle - turned good because Uzumaki Naruto's bullshit.

  7. Tobirama Senju - Hiraishingiri; Edo Tensei; Chakra sensing techniques; is the sexiest character to have ever been created for any manga/anime.

  8. Orochimaru - perfected Edo Tensei; can absorb chakra; Tongue techniques; a powerful lad who is looking to take over the body of a younger lad. What's more to ask?

  9. Minato Namikaze - Hiraishin no Jutsu; Keiyaku Fūin; Rasengan; got to bang Kushina Uzumaki; huge success.

  10. Tsunade Senju - Chakra Enhanced Strength; Byakugō no Jutsu; Sōzō Saisei; Infūin: Kai; Katsuyu (summoning); big jugs.

Well, yes. The only good thing he has is Kotoamatsukami. You're right.
Every other technique he has is fodder.

It's a manga fact that Baku >>> Itachi, too.

Okay, I put him at 10th place instead of Tsunade.

Still he got pwnd by MS Sasuke and was scared of Obito while he was just watching him xD He could have use it but didn't what could that possible mean then? Perhaps that he wasn't capable to use it. His body is to weak to handle Shisui's power :cool:
