Madara has given us no proof that he can use tsukuyomi or amaterasu. Therefore im inclined to assume otherwise...

I was keeping an open mind until we saw madara/hashi's fight, but now its becoming more & more clear that he doesnt have them..

Proven by whom?Sasuke never actually used it but it's assumed he has the ability because in order to use Susanoo you must be able to use Tsukuyomi and Amatersu.We never see Sasuke actually using tsuk.

You have to assume he does, because 1. That's the definition of assume. And 2. It has been established by Itachi and Sasuke.

The argument isn't strong, I know, but it is fact that you need both to use Susano'o. I have to make assumptions because that's what FACTS DO.

Sasuke even said himself that only the double mangekyou is needed (this doesnt mean that anybody with MS can awaken it). This statement can be interpreted in multiple ways, but it is not confirmation from sasuke that you need those jutsus.
