Kakuzu Vs 1st Hokage

I was watching a few episodes of Hidan and Kakuzu vs Shikamaru and kakashi and the rest.
Kakuzu mentioned he fought with the 1st hokage and the fact that he's still alive means that he is a very powerfull shinobi.
Are we underestimating Kakuzu?

It's 'cause he stole all them hearts BR00 .. But if Naruto was able to beat him with one Rasen Shuriken I doubt it BR00 .. But he is still strong !

Kakuzu is weaker than Base Naruto and we all know Base Naruto is nothing compared to Base Hashirama.
The problem with Hashirama is the fact that he never wants to kill, he sparred Madara's life many times during war.

i bet Kakuzu didn't even force him to use wood dragon never mind the golem.

No he killed his best friend/rival madara to protect the village .. he would obv do the same to kakuzu so kakuzu had to have put up a considerable fight

actually naruto only won because kakuzu put his hearts close by .. had he kept them apart naruto would of still killed one heart ... we all know Kakuzu> Base naruto

After seeing Hashirama's true power. Its more than obvious that he didn't go all out and was probably unintentionally toying with him. Forget about SM, Base Hashirama is far more than what is necessary to make this guy seem like fodder in comparison.

He's powerful, but nowhere near Shodai's power. Not even close. The gap between their power is like the gap between the sun and the moon. Large as hell.

possible reasons why Kakuzu s*cked against Naruto

1 he was old
2 he was sick
3 when he fought Hashirama he had better masks => betters jutsus
4 the mask Kakashi destroyed was OP it could have possibly one-shot them all

(anyway the real reason is that the whole Hashi being god tier thing is a major asspull reread the Hiruzen vs Hashirama and Tobirama fight ...before Kishi retconned the whole part1 they weren't that strong)

... kakuzu one of the more experienced and intelligent villains fooled by a shadow clone? ... and then when he could of been blasting elemental jutsu at naruto when he was saying his little speech to kakashi ..about him doing it alone he decided to just sit there ... then theres the fact that he did not realize that he had his fire mask and fire>wind all he needed was to shoot the flames twords naruto

Well, you're saying Base Naruto > Kakuzu.

Current Base yes, but Kakuzu had already lost one heart and chakra against team 10 and K man.Naruto had a time restraint on his training so he had to fight him, remember Naruto came right out of training so the chances of him landing is 50/50.

I can easily point out base feats without SM.

nah my man even current base.. what can he do differently ? nothing really he still loses to kakuzu imo . hell SM Would still only win High Diff if at all .. ( without stupid summons)

The only reason kakuzu lost to naruto is because naruto is the main character in naruto.
Hidan lost because of BS.
