You think Naruto is going to want to kill Sasuke?? Also Sasule has team taka, Oro and the 4 hokages on his side, so who fodderizes who?
Sasuke will be redeemed and forgiven. Itachi's deeds and Danzo's deed will be made known to everyone. All Kages know and admit that the ninja system had problems they just knew no other way-they got used to things as they were. Sasuke and Naruto are the Yin and the Yang just like the SO6P sons were and just like Hashirama and Madara were.
You know the old saying this has happened before and it will happen again. Sasuke and Naruto are going to be the ones to fulfill the SO6P's prophecy. Sasuke will get the eyes and Naruto will unite the beasts within himself. They will both have power and have to work together for peace in the ninja world. I believe the sage will talk to both of them within Naruto's subconscious. Sasuke has the power to go in there too. The sage will want to right the wrong he made by elevating one son above the other which caused all of this.
At least that's where I think Kishi is heading. If the sage does that, Sasuke will be accepted by everyone after he has proven himself.

Personally I think in the end he will become the new Itachi, and the only people who know the truth will be Sakura and Naruto.
