Yata Mirror wont be sealed as Totsuka has to pierce to seal. Yata Mirror will find whatever is strong enough to block Totsuka and as Yata Mirror wont be pierced it wont be sealed.

Totsuka seals what it can pierce. It was never said that it can pierce any object.
