Are Kakashi, Guy, and Itachi More Worthy Of "Sannin" Titles?

Itachi, Kakashi, and Gai are all much stronger than the Sannin were at that age.

Even now, I'd say it goes like

Orochimaru (Edo Kages) > Itachi > Kakashi (Kamui mastery) > Jiraiya > Tsunade > Gai

Although Gai could potentially beat Jiraiya or Tsunade with gates.

He could even beat Itachi with em , Itachi never said anything about Kakashi but told Kisame TWICE not to take Gai lightly.

Itachi lied a lot = manga fact.

Most sane people know Jiraiya would be no match for Itachi without many favorable circumstances.

We really don't know what Hanzo was fully capable of. And besides, he's poison probably would have made it difficult to get near him.

sannin means three ninja; since "san" stands for 3 and nin means... nin.
The "legendary sannin" title was given to them by Hanzo; sannin is not a title people who were choosen for it; it is not like being a kage or something.

Like seriously, in comparison to Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru, are these three more deservent? They easily could have taken on Hanzo as The Sannin did, and done just as well if not better.

So you need ask to the person who gave the title...

jiraya was ****ed by 4 tail naruto
kakashi can beat tusonade without sharingan even
kakashi can beat all sannin(oro without edo) together with his kamui
kakashi is above all sannin
gai is stronger than tusonade,and may stronger than oro(without edo)
itachi=kakashi>jiraya>gai=oro(without edo)>tusonade
but oro with edo is surly the strongest of them

sannin isn't that strong
hanzu named tusonade sanni with only her fist(oro didn't know tusonade's byakgu when he saw it in part1)
so sakura is sannin in hanzu's eyes (that is expected from weak one as hanzu)
tusonade without byakgu is sakure perfectly
