Naruto SD characters with Naruto/Naruto Shipudden story?

I was watching some Naruto SD a few hours ago and was wondering if anyone would have preferred Naruto SD Characters With Naruto story? I hope I'm making sense here. Personally i would have liked the anime to have been like Naruto SD (The way it looks.)

Well, seeing as how they pay the naruto SD animators unlike the shippuden animators, it would probably be less annoying to look at

If Naruto (both parts) was geared to be more of a comedy than an action manga, sure. However it has (well... had) the right balance where it wasn't all parody/comedy.
