Because of Minato getting hit firstly by Killerbee on Hachibi form using Lariato, so Minato gets injured and Killerbee can easily
use this at his advantage.

The fact that Itachi's genjutsu is pointless on Killer B makes Killer B superior in that category. amaterasu can be dealt with and would be a waste of time for Itachi personally. With his 2.5 stamina he has no chance against someone who can pawn him in a taijutsu battle.
