luffy says
"Monkey D Luffy"
Z
" oh so i see so you're Garp granson"
and he throws him away


Why did he throw luffy away and didnt kill him. does garp has something to do with it.

His plan to destroy the New World was already in motion, so there was no need to kill Luffy as they were all going to die anyway, or so he thought at the time.
