If anyone gets the rinnegan it should be sasuke

What I don't understand and someone plz correct me if I'm wrong. Isn't Naruto Rikudou himself reborn? If this is the case then Naruto doesn't need anything to unlock the Rinnegan he could just do it from nothing, right? Idk I agree the Rinnegan isn't as impressive anymore at least to me. If I had to guess I'd say Naruto might awaken the Rinnegan, and Sasuke will have perfect susanoo. Just my opinion.

naruto has way to many power ups that dont coincide
sage mode and kcm are totally different which is stupid it would be dumb if naruto got another powerup that didnt coincide with his previous ones
sasuke maybe but not really because he'd have no need for it if he wanted to truly master the rinnegan he would make himself 6 paths and where would he get people for that
and he has susanoo
he would look dumb using shinra tensei as a defense when hes already in susanoo theres no purpose and they dont coincide either

Don't know if Naruto is Rikudou. But still something tells me that Rikudou Sennin is the one who created the prophecy about there would be a special child that would want same things as Rikudou's Will of fire. Since he could do anything. So it's not impossible that Naruto have a connection with Rikudou. But I doubt it's his second life.

no not really he resembles the sage in pretty much every way but it hasnt really been confirmed that hes his reincarnation

Naruto would make better use of the rinnegan, Sasuke would be a clone of Madara, where-as naruto would more than likely learn to make use of all the elements, gaining several more rasenshuriken types.

Honestly with naruto being a sage I think rinnegan suits him more

I never thought it suited him as a character. Sasuke getting it is fine with me, I really don't care how either.
