So Jiraiya in SM is too fast and strong for Kisame. And if Kisame tries to absorb nature energy, he or Samehada would change into a stone.

Kisame doesn't really have knowledge on Jiraiya. He probably assumed that since Jiraiya is a sannin.

if he goes SM Kisame is done for (sound genjutsu = uncounterable)
however Kisame can most likely take out base Jiraiya but Jman is smart and he can trick him with shadow clones
so it can go either way

Jiraiya needs time for that Genjutsu to be prepared, and Kisame really wouldn't give him time since he would most likely start with Water Dome.

True, but wouldn't Samehada notice the distaste in the nature energy? So in other words, Samehada wouldn't absorb it, but Kisame can still absorb his Jutsu with GSB.
