Sigh, you all seem to forget that to be a Kage you need to be of that level of strength. And that's not to mention the intelligence needed for such a position.

Naruto has the strength, but is to much of an idiot for the job at this point.

As a sidenote i actually think Naruto would make a pretty bad hokage since he'd get tired of just sitting in his office day in and day out. He'd probably last a week or two

Actually I think Naruto and Hashirama's personalities are very similar. His ideals are suitable for the will of fire to be passed on like a cure to everyone in and surrounding the village. He's been doing so without the Title of Hogake. So with the title, he might be a bit more effective. Sure he can be a dunce, but that's what would make him a fun leader. He's not too serious all the time. Also, compared to the first arc and now he most definitely know's what is necessary to be Hokage as far as responsibilities are concerned. In the beginning he didn't have a clue. Just my opinion, nothing more.

I agree 100%, and I think Sasuke would make a great Hokage as well, HOWEVER the village doesn't trust him and probably never will again.
