[Discussion] Dr. Vegapunk using The Ancient Kingdom's Technology to make artificial DF Powers

First of all.... I'm new to One Piece.... I've been reading One Piece from past 10 days and now I'm at Chapter 510....

Is it possible that the Ancient Kingdom was the first to "GROW" the Devil Fruits and now Dr. Vegapunk of Marines is using their technology and methods to make artificial Devil Fruit powers..??

I mean The World Govt. might have given all info they posses to Vegapunk and the info that he has may not be complete so he might not be able to cultivate a new Devil Fruit but instead make artificial powers of Devil Fruits....

What do you guys think..?? Sry if anything sounds silly.... But as I said I'm new to One Piece....

May i dissapoint you vegapunk hasn't been introduced yet so were in the dark too. When I got 708 thought i was like :NO: cause there was no more adventures. And I was bummed
