That's a good analyzis since they haven't showned what happend to that spiral zetsu that we don't see him around any more. My analyzes also makes since so we will find out on the next couple of mangas. I just hope it isn't that because if it is, then obito is just too powered up -__- wth is that guy. Yes i think he used a normal genjutsu to show his feelings, a bit like the one Itachi use on Sasuke to explain something like here.
