ive seen plasma on other sites which lists jutsu... plus there are custom jutsus... it probably would be classed as another element or a kekkai genkai like wood or ice but it doesnt really matter... just watch and see what happens its best only to confront it if u think it is like way overpowered... or the jutsus rulings are wrong if not its probably best just to leave it.

i use Suiton:Baku Shuishouha-Water Style:Bursting Water Wave to put out the fire tornado
and wit the water i use Suiton:Uzumatoi-Water Style:Grand Clinging Whirl Pool
dis: user creates a water vortex that he/she then slams into the opponet from above(must use a weapon to swing it with or use your hands.This jutsu does not need a water source).

i attack u wit Suiton:Suiryudan Rasengan-Water Dragon Spiraling Sphere
dis: A water dragon with the added water rasengan that can blast an opponent in ints dragon form and then incase the enemy in a violent spinning sphere of water void of oxygen that is capable of braking the targets bones for the vortex that this jutsu makes

i use Chidori to brake free
and for my final attack i will use
Suiton:Gufuu Suika-Water Style:Typhoon Water Vortex
dis:Wind Style Rasengan and Water Style Desctruction Torrent combo that makes a tornado of water that can be used to attack or defend and can drown out wind and fire combos
