How come Obito doesn't lose his sight

In the anime you can see that Obito is the one who uses his MS most. But still, you see no signs of any fatigue or pain in the eyes. While itachi could only use his eyes two or three times in a day. But obito would use it to dodge even simple attacks. Also he would even move from place to place using his eyes too. :eww:
