To stop almost all ms tech's all you really have to do is block line of sight and considering the fact that kakashi isn't an uchiha he cant spam it and when he does he's forced to close his eye completely rendering him unable to use both ms and regular sharingan. Also for kakashi it takes time for him to actually pull out his ms. but hey if you feel that strong about it....

If you are talking bout war arc Kakashi he can spam it at least 3 times I think and he can do it faster now then he could at the beginning of part 2.
Also if saskue has cs2 along with naruto and Kakashi with it without ms and ill take current Sakura she can heal everyone and her strength could come in handy. Hell Sakura is a mini tsunade anyways.

As I see the MS is restricted. So this is basically part1 Kakashi with higher chakra reserves. Naruto and Sasuke are almost non factors in this fight. I give it to Tsunade high difficulty. But if Kakashi can use the Kamui his team wins low- mid difficulty.

Naruto and Sasuke have nothing on her, if they get close they're dead, afterall they're just kids. The biggest threat would be Kakashi but she has full intel, meaning she's aware of everyone's abilities and won't get caught without the hell of a fight. I think she can win high-diff by herself.
Bonus - according to Mei, taking out the medical ninja first is the logical step to take and Sakura is nothing compared to Tsunade, she'll die in 3 seconds if she gets close. Against these numbers, i'll say with the help of Katsuyu she wins mid-diff.
