Nah, his legs were pretty much wrecked by the explosive tags thrown at him. He had issues walking because of that. Though I'm sure the black rods didn't do much to help him out.

Now, wouldn't he have healed his injuries from simply absorbing Naruto & or Bee's chakra...? He did sort of recover from what we saw... This is the part that mainly confused me...
