Eh, Chiyo would give Kakuzu a hard time with her ten puppets or so. They were capable of taking out Sasori's one hundred. I'd say the best move for Kakuzu would be to not release his hearts, other wise I see a majority of them being killed by the puppets.

But I don't see Chiyo getting past Domu. So Kakuzu wins this mid-high diff.
