I would say Lee wins he can dodge anything sasuke uses.

He said loopy fist....He meant Drunken fist lee.
Id say lee high diff. Lee's drunken fist style will make it close to impossible for sasuke to predict his movements even with his sharingan much like killer bee's swordplay.

But he is in part1 self like in genin; that messes it up for him.
In his drunken stage; he can win in high difficulty; but Sasuke might have a chance too.

Sasuke wins with ease. 3T's window is large enough to predict any attack, and Sasuke could easily keep up with V1 Raikage and Bee - albeit he was severely injured in this fight. Deidara had to resort to an advanced chakra kneading to counter his lightening fast speed.

Lee is destroyed with a single Nagashi, followed by Chidori whether it's current Lee or not. Sasuke wins low difference on both accounts.
